Windows 7 will not burn data of 46GB
When you try to do it you will get an error message: Why does this happen!? Because Windows 7 does not calculate the write capacity of BD-R correctly when data exceeds these figures. The workaround? Simple! Don’t write more than 22GB of data onto a BD-R Single Layer disc or 45GB for a BD-R Dual Layer disc, suggests KB2575215. Moral of the story: Do not try to burn data of 46GB to BD-R Dual Layer or 23GB to BD-R Single Layer disc, in Windows 7- you will not succeed! :)
