1] Using the Local Group Policy Editor

3] Using the Registry Editor
Follow the steps mentioned below: Launch the Run dialog box, type regedit, and click OK. This will open the Registry Editor. In the Registry Editor, go to the following path: Expand the Windows key and look for the Installer subkey. If the subkey is not there, you have to create it. For this, right-click on the Windows key and go to New > Key. Name this newly created subkey as Installer. Select the Installer key and right-click on the right side of the interface and go to New > DWORD (32-bit) Value. name this Value as DisableMSI. If you already have the Installer subkey, look if it contains the DisableMSI Value. If not, create it. Double click on DisableMSI value and set it to 0. Restart your computer and see.
